A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of order.

The order total given will not include shipping, cooler or Texas sales tax charges (if applicable). We will e-mail you a sample, along with a detailed total bill within 2 business days and then wait for your approval before processing your order.

**Most orders can be completed in 7-10 days. Please allow additional time for receipt of order if shipping is required.
**The processing time can be extended if proofs are not approved in a timely fashion.
**If proofs are quickly approved, orders may be able to be completed in advance of the scheduled time.

Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our business, our products cannot be returned unless there was an error on the part of Creative Candy Wrappers such as an incorrect date, misspelled names or omitting names. We will promptly replace or refund your order.

At this time we are unable to accept credit cards. Pay Pal will soon be available.

We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in personalizing your wrappers and favors. Because temperatures vary across the states, we may require climate controlled packaging for your candy bars.

If you do not want the air shipping and climate controlled packaging we will not give a refund on melted candy bars. We also require a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your order. Also, if you sign the delivery card for the postal person to leave the order and you do not receive it, no refund will be given.
